Very disappointing anti wrinkle injection experience to both my friend and I. We both paid more than $1100 and got the injection by Dr Ansari. We got the same injection in different clinics before and were familiar with the procedure. No before/after care instructions recommended by the staff rather than a form signed by us before our appointment. Then, after almost a month while I was overseas, I noticed that the result has totally been disappeared and all the wrinkles could clearly be seen. When I returned to Australia, I called them and explained the situation and they asked me to go there to be reviewed. After that day, they kept changing my appointment for 2 or 3 weeks until finally we went there. Dr Ansari was not available and a nurse just took a video from us! For a few weeks no one got back to us and I had to follow up 3 times. Anyway, they said that I could get back to them for a review just after 4 weeks from injection which never mentioned any where and no one explained this to us before! It's a real shame and I am going to do anything to keep my friends and family away from these clinics.

I had an appointment with Maria today, she was so good at explaining what was going to happen at my appointment and what results I would get from it. She did a fabulous job and I am looking forward to seeing her again in the New Year. 10/10

Flo is absolutely wonderful! She is gentle and makes you feel very calm. Unfortunately I didn’t get the receptionists name but she was also lovely. I will definitely be going back.

Jude in Wollongong is amazing! Trustworthy, professional, caring, so knowledgeable and always makes me feel comfortable. I highly recommend seeing her. I am always happy after my visits.

The team at MCC are nothing short of exceptional. They take the time to understand your needs and talk you through each and every detail. They only do what you actually need and what benefits you. They don’t force anything on you: I have a massive fear of needles. However, Flo and Amanda have been extremely patient and understanding and they put me at ease. I highly recommend MCC!!

I tried some new beauty treatments for the first time and was a little nervous but Flo was absolutely amazing! I really appreciate how patient and informative she was. She went above and beyond to help me achieve exactly what I wanted in both the short and long term. Would highly recommend this clinic.
